I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news: We cannot add points back to your loyalty account if you have already redeemed the points for a coupon. This is an automated system, and there is no way for us to override it. The issue you may have run into is that these are coupons, meaning that you can only use one per purchase.
This also means that we are unable to combine your loyalty points/rewards into one reward. We do advise holding off on redeeming your points if you are not ready to use them yet so that you can keep accruing points for a much larger reward.
Also, Loyalty Rewards (coupons) cannot be combined with other store coupons. You do, however, get to choose which coupon yields the greatest discount and apply that one to your order. If you don’t utilize your Loyalty Rewards coupon, no worries — you do NOT lose your coupon, it simply stays in your Loyalty Reward history for you to use at another time.
Remember, your Loyalty Rewards (coupons), unlike some store coupons, never expire. Thus, if you don’t use them, you don’t lose them! 🙂

The bright side, though, is that the loyalty rewards can be used for discounts on things that might not otherwise go on sale on the site. Also, you will not loose your loyalty rewards (coupons) if you cash them in and don’t use them — they are still there in your “history” and may be used on a future purchase!
Plus, the loyalty rewards can be much greater, in terms of discounts, than most of the coupons we run. We definitely still consider it a pretty nice perk, even if you can’t combine them with other offers.
