Can I Combine My Loyalty Rewards into 1 Reward?

I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news: We cannot add points back to your loyalty account if you have already redeemed the points for a coupon. This is an automated system, and there is no way for us to override it. The issue you may have run into is that these are coupons, meaning that you can only use one per purchase.

This also means that we are unable to combine your loyalty points/rewards into one reward. We do advise holding off on redeeming your points if you are not ready to use them yet so that you can keep accruing points for a much larger reward.

Also, Loyalty Rewards (coupons) cannot be combined with other store coupons. You do, however, get to choose which coupon yields the greatest discount and apply that one to your order. If you don’t utilize your Loyalty Rewards coupon, no worries — you do NOT lose your coupon, it simply stays in your Loyalty Reward history for you to use at another time.

Remember, your Loyalty Rewards (coupons), unlike some store coupons, never expire. Thus, if you don’t use them, you don’t lose them! 🙂

The bright side, though, is that the loyalty rewards can be used for discounts on things that might not otherwise go on sale on the site. Also, you will not loose your loyalty rewards (coupons) if you cash them in and don’t use them — they are still there in your “history” and may be used on a future purchase!

Plus, the loyalty rewards can be much greater, in terms of discounts, than most of the coupons we run. We definitely still consider it a pretty nice perk, even if you can’t combine them with other offers.

How Do I Do a Color Search on WigCloseouts?

1. Click on Color in the blue bar at the top of the page and this will expand the searchable color options.

2. Click on the color you would like to search for, in this case we’ll search for red shades.

3. You’ll then be taken to the page(s) that have all of our styles in a red shade on WigCloseouts.

This store’s key demo:

  • WOMEN WITH PCOS
  • race neutral
  • reproductive age (PCOS is usually first diagnosed in women 17 – 45)
  • struggling a bit financially, due to younger age of onset
  • cis-gendered female (but only because of the PCOS component; otherwise, we’re very full-service and inclusive of all women)
  • American (though we have awesome Canadian and international clients!)
  • they’re often Millennials, so no one particular religious affiliation (again, we try to be intimate, yet inclusive here)
  • PCOS leads to fertility issues, so many of our clients are child-free or actively TTC

This has a dramatic impact on how we do business around here, relative to other wig sites. Because of our desire to appeal to our core audience, we have done the following to our store in a deliberate attempt to best suit their needs:

  • 100% online customer service
  • A multi-channel help desk features a self-service FAQ knowledge base, a community forum, and manned interactive client care help desk
  • Presence on a wide range of social media platforms
  • Frequent sales and discounts
  • We do not carry all wig models from every brand. Instead, we cherry-pick wigs according to what would best suit the age demographic outlined in the statement above (17 – 45 years).
  • Our marketing and visual media are always intentionally family-status neutral. This is because we are keenly aware that many of our clients struggle with fertility issues and we do not want to trigger them just because they read one of our newsletters.
  • We are LGBTQA+ inclusive. I know y’all don’t need straight people’s approval – I just want to let you know you’re always welcome here!
  • We are religion-neutral; we love everyone 🙂
  • We provide proactive, frank, transparent, and VERY detailed (albeit verbose) information about every aspect of what we’re doing behind the scenes; this is mainly because I am a Millennial, and we are a cynical bunch! We want to know as much as possible with minimal BS, and we can cut through cutesy marketing jargon with a butter knife . . . so I take that approach to heart in everything we do here at CysterWigs!

How Do I Remove an Item From My Cart?

You do need to be logged in first in order to view the items in your cart.

In order to remove an item from your cart please follow these steps:

1. Click on cart at the top of the page.

2. You’ll be taken to a page that lists all the items in your cart.

3. Once you find the item you wish to remove from your cart, just click on the “X” button next to the price.

4. And there you go, the item has been removed.

Signature Confirmation for Orders Under $500

The wig was to be delivered to a PO Box through USPS.

There has been no change in our policy regarding signature confirmations. It still stands that if the order is $500 or more then a signature will be required at the time of delivery, but in one particular case the order was no where near $500. So why the heck did they have to sign for it, right?

So, I did some research online and it looks like whenever the USPS receives certified mail that is to be delivered to a PO Box, their delivery process involves leaving you a delivery notification card in your PO Box letting you know that you have certified mail waiting to be picked up. You then have to go and pick up your mail and they do require that you sign the delivery confirmation signature card. Basically, this is the USPS’s procedure for delivering certified mail to a PO Box.
