Kathleen’s Review: Coco by Envy in Vanilla Butter

Hi folks Kathleen here with a review of Envy’s new Coco wig. If you’re wondering….yes its their Brittaney’s baby sister. 😉This length is perfect for me..chin length.
Out of the box she had that swooping deep parted wavy curl that so reminded me of Old Hollywood. Ms visual here played around with Coco and took the black & white photo of her below. I felt like a movie star in this one..lol…not saying I looked like one but I sure felt like one.

The fibers are so soft and natural looking to me. Not overly shiny….and she has a lace and mono part for realism.

You might be wondering why I got blonde and not red? Good question 😂Well I had just viewed one of Heathers past videos and the wig was in Vanilla Butter and I thought it looked so pretty. It is! This is a golden blonde with lighter blonde highlights. Warm but not that brassy light yellow blonde I’m not a big fan of.

Below is a visual comparison of similar styles and colors to Coco. Her wavy curls are very distinctive and pretty especially in the back.

I LOVE her lace front. Its not very deep or wide but the knotting was so tiny. I would say her part was dense and I would pluck it a bit for my taste. That soft silicone tape I use on the underside of parts wouldn’t show up otherwise. That really is a personal taste thing though.

Below is Coco in all her glory. I do believe I need another in Light Red…😉

With her realistic lace front I felt compelled to style Coco to show it off. What a difference in feel to this wig that made. Old Hollywood Glam or Girl next door…your choice! Versatility in a wig is the best. 👏🏻

The take away here is that Coco is different than the other wavy styled wigs out there…If you want a longer bang and deeper waves and curls that is versatile and just oh so pretty than Coco is a perfect choice.

Another great review Kathleen! Love your similar wig comparisons which are super helpful when trying to decide on style and color. Also helpful is showing the versatility in styling. It’s a great style and color on you, too. Completely agree that you’re gonna need this in Lighter Red! 😀

Great review. Y CoCo by Envy is not as soft curling as yours. More dense and clumping. Did you wash your wig? What did you use? Suggestions?

Hi Alice…I didn’t do much to her. I Used a wide tooth comb but thats it. I use Simply Stylin silicone spray on the ends to help prevent tangling and use an unscented fabric softener to wash my wigs …Our CCHD would
