Hi folks Kathleen here with a review of a wig I’ve been curious about for a long time. London in the color Rouge by Tony Of Beverly…doesn’t that color just sound beautiful? This is a mid length shaggy layered bob that is a wonderful alternative for someone who usually wears pixies/short hair and wants to try something longer. For example…I can imagine someone who loves Raquel Welch’s Voltage loving London. 😊
London is casual and so easy to wear and appropriate for all ages. You can eat without hair getting in your mouth…ok so I might be alone here…lol…but I am still getting used to living with longer styles..how do woman eat?🤣
One reason I decided to get London was because it had a lace front. I have many Tony Of Beverly lace front wigs and all are so well done and are so realistic. I’ll be honest though..I was disappointed in this one…thank goodness it wasn’t overly dense( a big pet peeve of mine) although small the knotting was very uniform. Easy fix..I just trimmed it off! 😜 That is really my only complaint with this wig. There is Permatease but it’s easily hidden with some styling. The hair feels beautiful and the fit is wonderful. I did tighten the adjusters but there was no cap bagginess.
Below I’m wearing London after I trimmed the lace front..she looks great.
I encourage everyone to customize their wigs. After wearing her for awhile I felt I would look better with more of a bang vs sweeping the longer bangs off to the side. I love her both ways actually.
Have you noticed this gorgeous color yet with those dark blush blonde highlights? ❤️ This color is a perfect choice for someone who wants to try a red but has been hesitant up until now. 😉
Rouge is a medium to dark reddish brown auburn with dark blush blonde (rouge) highlights on top. In most indoor or lower lighting conditions she’s going to look like a very natural warm brownish red auburn. But in sunlight those gorgeous highlights really pop…love this color.
The take away here is if you want an easy casual mid length style that is shake and go with numerous color choices then give London a go…and ENJOY!
