This isn’t just another mid length bob. Editors Choice has so much to offer!
The texture and density of this fibers is amazing! The hair feels feathery and light, not too much hair. The tousled bouncy waves are not quite formed, creating a very on trend casual look. The hair has fabulous movement, it swings and moves much like human hair does. The wig is very lightweight, 3.25 OZ, perfect for my summer go-to!
This wig is not heat resistant, however, the tousled waves really STAND up to a wide tooth wig comb. I completely brushed her out and the waves bounced right back without losing volume.
The bob is mid length, even all the way around, not graduated. I really like that on my smaller face and frame.
RW’s colors are very dynamic. The color I chose was GL 31/29 Fiery Copper – the most gorgeous color I have ever seen on a wig, and I am a diehard blonde fan! The color has a deep copper auburn base with lots of golden blonde highlights especially near the face. Stunning like the layers of the grand canyon or a west coast sunset. The heavy blonde highlighting around the face is enough to keep me satisfied, but the copper looks amazing on a medium skintone. My husband LOVES this color on me.. I catch him starring because he has only really seen me in blondes..lol Something about redheads…lol.
The cap is another reason why this bob cut deserves some recognition! It has RW’s memory cap design which makes it one of the most comfortable wigs I’ve ever worn. I can wear it all day and forget about it completely. The lace front is well done and goes from temple to temple. You can part it wherever you want because its is mono top!! The rest of the cap is open, perfect for hot months. I LOVE the fact there is a small amount of strategically placed permatease at the crown. Many styles like this tend to fall flat on your head, but not Editors Choice. This helps keep the style all day long with no fussing!
I enjoy clipping the hair behind my head in a low messy bun or ponytail, leaving some tendrils around the face. Its adorable! I also like to clip back some of the hair from the sides just below the crown to change up the style.
Only negative? If I have to find one, I would say that right out of the box, it has a stiff cowlick at the hair line/part area. I found that after combing and finger styling and it complied nicely.
I am very happy that Raquel Welch brought us this style and color!!
I am ordering it in Pale Golden Honey too!
